Rhythmic Reflections: Harmony in Healing is an indoor immersive healing festival held at Aya House in Detroit. This experience is rooted in music, storytelling, and community care, offering space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve attention and love.

Guests will engage in live musical performances, a live collective painting experience, guided reflection moments, sound healing, yoga, and a curated selection of wellness and mental health vendors. Every element is intentionally designed to bring peace to the body, clarity to the mind, and a deeper sense of connection—with yourself and others.

This is a space to let your guard down, be poured into, and walk away feeling aligned with who you’re becoming.
